Returns and Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Please email us at so we can get the process started for you.

  • Returns are not accepted after 7 days of it being marked delivered. It must be postmarked by the 7 days when shipped back out to us. If it still returned after 7 days, you'll be refunded your item minus shipping cost (including priority cost) and 25% restocking fee. 
  • After 21 days items are non-refundable. This means if you do return it after the 21 days without prior approval the item will be refused. 
  • Returns are always refunded minus shipping cost, and within 7 days- 10% restocking fee. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Custom garments cannot be returned due to the fact the are handmade specifically to meet your needs. If you are not happy with your order, we are more than happy to work with you until you are!


  • We do not currently cover the cost of return shipping.
  •  Received a damaged product? We're so sorry! Please email us at within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender -- please check your info twice! Customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.
  • If a package was returned due to an incorrect address or misdelivery and you would like to return- a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. Shipping cost will also not be refunded. We're happy to resend- but you'll be responsible for reshipment cost.
  • Please handle your products with care! Damage items due to improper handling is not our responsibility.
  • Items are handmade and may vary slightly from product pictures.


  •  Please do so within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • EXCHANGES and RETURNS for clothing must be made within a 7-day time frame starting when you received it.
  • Items that are damaged or have been used will not be accepted. Each item will be inspected upon arrival.
