Seam allowance is included. 3/8 inch all around and 1/2 inch at hem.
Skirt length can be adjusted.
This pattern includes the shorts pattern and the yoke pattern. For the bubble skirt you will be cutting out strips of material measuring the below:
In my video I did
Facing cut x2, width 44 inches, length 10.5 inches
Lining Cut x1 width 54 inches, length 7 inches
For a longer skirt I would do
Facing cut x2, width 44 inches, length 15
Lining cut x1, width 54 inches, length 12

*Required materials:
1 yd - satin or cotton fabric
½ yd - lining fabric
1 - 10 inch zipper
1 - small hook and eye
This is DIGITAL (not paper) pattern in PDF format for printing on 8.5 X 11 paper size. I included a 1" square, measure after printing for accuracy. The pattern is nested with all sizes. Double check the key box to make sure you are cutting the right size before starting.
