Chiffon Pencil Skirt

This sheer pencil skirt has an elastic waistband and is finished with a curved bohemian lace hem. Under the skirt the model wears black LNH underwear. It is paired with a black lace peplum top that calls for drama with its three tiered voluminous chiffon sleeves.
